DESCRIPTION:Discover the critical elements of skilled facilitation in this two-day workshop on PLU’s beautiful campus in Tacoma\, WA. Experienced facilitator and iterative design expert Ryan Kiggins will lead participants through these critical elements using videos and group discussion.
