DESCRIPTION:The Washington Award for Vocational Excellence (WAVE) scholarship pays for up to two years of college tuition\, training or other expenses. The Legislature created this scholarship to highlight career and technical education (CTE)\, and help students achieve their goals.\n\n\n\n\n\nWho is eligible?\nWashington residents who are either: \n\nGraduating high school seniors who have finished or are completing the second year of a single CTE pathway.\nWashington community and technical college students who have completed at least one year of a professional-technical program.\n\nHow much is the award?\nWAVE pays up to $5\,500 per year for up to two years\, depending on the college or university attended.
