Building Collective Power

Our approach is rooted in collective impact and designed to bring the right people to the table to co-create long-term solutions. Our strategic collaboratives tackle specific challenges through shared data, continuous learning, and community-driven action. Together, we move beyond isolated interventions to build pathways where every student thrives.

WHO WE SERVE: Every student brings unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives that drive our collective impact. We center student voice and community wisdom in everything we do.

Expanding Postsecondary Access

Students deserve affordable pathways to their futures. Through our Campaign Free Aid initiative, we expand financial aid awareness and access by training practitioners, providing hands-on support, and implementing culturally responsive outreach that honors student’s backgrounds and aspirations.

The Challenge

Cost is one of the greatest barriers to postsecondary access.

What We Do:

  • Train school staff and counselors on effective financial aid practices
  • Host region-wide workshops for students and families
  • Share targeted, culturally relevant information and outreach

Student Navigation Support

We strengthen the systems that guide students from high school to postsecondary success. From re-engaging students who have stopped out to offering summer transition programs, we help young people navigate with confidence and a sense of belonging.

The Challenge

Students face barriers to enrollment, persistence, and connection.

What We Do:

  • Facilitate summer transition programs after graduation
  • Re-engage students who have paused their education
  • Share best practices and coordinate support systems
  • Co-create solutions with families and youth

Pathway Alignment

We work with education and workforce partners to align programs, credentials, and career opportunities. This coordination helps reduce false starts and makes career pathways clearer, more efficient, and easier to access.

The Challenge

Disconnected systems make it difficult to move from school to career.

What We Do:

  • Convene education and workforce partners
  • Align CTE and career pathways across institutions
  • Reduce duplication and increase access to quality credentials
  • Connect classroom learning to real job opportunities
