United Way’s advocacy training on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, 1:30 – 3:30 pm at the Pierce County Library Administrative Building located at 3005 112th St E, Tacoma, WA 98446. (parking is free!) Speakers Marcy Bowers of the Poverty Action Network and Nick Federici, a lobbyist, will go through some strategies that have worked and discuss how they can be applied in a practical way.
