The following policy recommendation urges Washington State to set a definitive goal for increasing financial aid applications by 10 percent by 2028.

experts. Making sure that students receive
accurate information from the trusted adults
in their lives is important, as errors on the
forms can result in delayed processing and the
need for additional verification steps.
