A Fair Start for Early Learners

SB-5321 expanding access to the College Bound Scholarship passed the Senate Ways & Means Committee late Friday night ahead of today’s Fiscal cutoff. The bill now heads to the Rules Committee where it waits it’s turn for a Floor vote. Thank you to all the advocates who took the time to lend their voice to this important issue!
